“ After a 2 week trip in Switzerland, I can say without a doubt this hotel was my favorite. My partner and I stayed in the tower room and it was a dream. We had family staying in a different room that was smaller and it still had charm, even though it was less lavish. The views from the castle are remarkable. Staff were generally helpful and kind. One woman was a little curt and short at breakfast in the morning, but everyone else was very pleasant. The hotel should do a better job advertising shuttles and providing instructions for getting to the hotel. My group got very lost and we had to ask for help from three different locals before we could find a way to the castle. This hotel has some narrow hallways and lots of stairs or raised surfaces on the ground, so it may be hard for some to navigate through. The breakfast in the morning was good but not special compared to the other 6 hotels I stayed at during my trip. ”
